Neal Hettinger's expertise grew by working at design firms and advertising agencies in Los Angeles, Nashville, Oklahoma City, and Birmingham. He began his teaching career as an adjunct at Oklahoma City's Community College, where he received the Outstanding Adjunct Professor award. Neal has also been a professor at the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.After an interval as a graphic design firm's managing partner in Los Angeles, he decided to move his family to Oklahoma. Neal started his own graphic design firm that specializes in graphic marketing, visual websites, UX software, and UI workflow platforms. His client list has included Nissan Motors, Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, Adidas, Pioneer Electronics, UFC, and adidas. Publications like The New York Times have quoted him, and he has written articles for various print magazines like Layers, as well as numerous online journals and websites.Neal embraces technology as an additional tool for a creative soul. Based on his experience and knowledge, Neal has written a graphic design book that explains the creative process of visual design to students and connects the software, including artificial intelligence generators, to create design solutions. Mr. Hettinger truly enjoys teaching students how to see and understand the art of graphic design.
