Anna Harbin has been a Life Coach for Sober Women and an In House Support Specialist for people with physical disabilities and mental health challenges. Both roles gave Anna a deeper understanding of the impact our homes, technology and financial clutter have on our mental health and overall well being. Anna has helped countless people organize their day to day life in a way that felt supportive, manageable and empowering. Anna decided to write Modern Day Minimalist as a way to reach people across the globe and bring a sense of joy, possibility and empowerment to the Minimalist Lifestyle.
