This book, entitled Mental 17, is a captivating account of the extraordinary adventure of the NdjamVi festival. This festival successfully promoted Chadian culture and gave a voice to the country's young artists. In the midst of the tumultuous years of Chad's history, marked by endless stories of wars and rebellions, a group of young people arose with a bold idea: to create an event that could counter the negative climate weighing on Chadian youth.
