Cody A. Pennetti, Ph.D., is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who manages a diverse portfolio of projects with a national engineering firm. In addition to his professional achievements, he lectures at the University of Virginia, where he teaches civil engineering and project management with a systems engineering framework. C. Kat Grimsley, PhD, is a commercial real estate professor and consultant with a background in leading multidisciplinary development teams. She also serves on advisory boards for the U.S. Department of State and the UN, and has published award-winning research. Dr. Grimsley teaches investments and development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brian M. Grindall is a real estate lawyer with broad expertise in commercial real estate for a wide range of assets. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and development.
