Lucas and Emily's Cooking Adventure is based on the Grandparent Merit Badges for Cooking Enthusiast book, which is part of the Grandparent Merit Badges series of kits that launched in 2021. The kits are designed to encourage grandparents and grandkids to disconnect from the digital (DFTD) world and reconnect with one another by spending more time together doing simple but fun activities. The adventure books are designed to be a series of stories about family members and friends spending time and having fun doing things together.

Reviews for Lucas and Emily's Cooking Adventure

More fun with Lucas and Emily as they embark on another adventure together. This time, we not only get to witness the playful banter between grandpa and the kids, but we also get to chuckle along with his brothers - the GREAT! uncles - and the rest of the gang. You can just feel the delight of the older family members as they interact with the younger kids, and they all make precious memories. This is a charming tale of how two different generations can really cook up some good fun together. This series never disappoints. - Ann Collins
