Sara Mathews is a qualified Counselling Supervisor and Trainer with over 12,500 hours of clinical experience. She is Accredited and Registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a certified Online and Telephone Counsellor. She headed up bereavement services in the voluntary sector for many years before setting up her own counselling practice. She is passionate about working in a properly trauma-informed way with her clients, and also offers supervision or consultation to therapists, health care and allied professionals.
