Our family loves children's author Leah Vis, and her book Little Lu The Dreamer is such a beautiful and magical book for families to read together over and over. The illustrations are so creative and whimsical, and the story is written in such a way that any child can easily identify with Little Lu. This book highlights not only the amazing, innate creativity and gifting that all children have but also the power and importance of their dreams and how to apply them in everyday situations. This book also reminds parents and caretakers to help cultivate and celebrate the power of our children's minds and how dreaming is a powerful tool to shape our perspectives. This book is a MUST to add to your family book collection! Thoroughly enjoyed reading this lovely book filled with beautiful illustrations. Little Lu the Dreamer is one of the sweetest stories I have read to my children in a while. As I read it to them I noticed they had a smile on their face the entire time. The story completely captured their attention and they read along and giggled at Little Lu's imaginations. My girls loved the delightful illustrations in this beautiful book about a loveable character, Little Lu. The character was so endearing that you left the story wanting to be as imaginative and dreamlike as her. A great book to stir the creative in your children.
