5.0 out of 5 stars Recommend to anyone in this situation Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2025 As a parent who currently does not have a relationship with my youngest child, this is exactly what I needed and would definitely recommend to others. The acknowledgement of it being an 'ambiguous loss' made me feel better. The sections talking about ways to still show love from afar made me feel less helpless. It is a delicate topic and I feel the authors did a great job of helping me with perspective, processing my feelings surrounding it and ways I can feel more in control of the situation. 5.0 out of 5 stars Understanding Your Nrokeness, Hoping For Reconciliation Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2025 This book helps you to discover how to interpret the overwhelming feelings of estrangement without being overwhelmed by guilt, grief, and loss.
