Logaiswari Indiran possesses a doctoral degree from Management at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. Throughout her 21-year teaching career, she has made significant contributions to the Faculty of Management, focusing her research efforts on various areas including technology entrepreneurship, innovation, intellectual capital, business incubators, and start-ups. She has published in leading journals and presented in various international conferences. She is a guest speaker in several forums and management institutions in Malaysia, Turkey and UAE. Rabeatul Husna Abdull Rahman is a faculty member at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perlis, Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Science and Policy from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Her research interests focus on promoting employee and organizational well-being through sustainable human resource management and development policies, strategies, and practices. Her scholarly work encompasses a diverse range of worker groups, including knowledge workers, women workers, workers with disabilities, gig workers, and the Malaysian diaspora. Dr. Rabeatul Husna actively contributes her expertise at the national level, collaborating closely with agencies under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia, such as the Institute of Labour Market Information and Analysis (ILMIA) and the Social Security Organization (PERKESO).
