As artificial intelligence (AI) integrates into diverse sectors, it brings complex legal challenges that exceed traditional disciplinary boundaries. These challenges include questions of liability, data privacy, algorithmic bias, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance, often surpassing the ability of existing legal frameworks to respond effectively. AI's interdisciplinary impact demands a legal approach drawing from technology, ethics, public policy, and law. Navigating these legal issues may help ensure accountability and transparency while fostering innovations in legal rights and public trust. Legal Challenges of AI Across Interdisciplinary Sectors examines the intersection of AI, ethics, and legal systems across sectors. It examines how AI challenges existing frameworks in areas like health, finance, labor, justice, and governance. This book covers topics such as blockchain, contract law, and digital technology, and is a useful resource for government officials, policymakers, engineers, business owners, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
