Rich Helton is the Principal Software Engineer at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) in their IT office. He has several patents in the field of mobile video from when he was the VP of Technology of Digital Camera Networks. He holds many certifications in security and software development and a Master's degree in software.
