Darrell Jackson is a seasoned consultant, church and conference speaker, teacher, and mentor with more than three decades of ministry experience. His leadership journey has included serving as Lead and Assistant Pastor, Pastoral Care Director, Adjunct Professor, Minister of Music, Music Producer, Chaplain, and Church & Business Consultant. As the founder of Raise Performance Group and The Equippers Theological Institute, Darrell designs and delivers biblical training that helps pastors and leaders thrive in their calling. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership and a Master of Divinity. He is also a certified DISC trainer with additional leadership credentials. As author of the L.E.A.D.S.S. curriculum, Darrell brings together his passion for systems, leadership development, and theology to equip leaders to lead with clarity, disciple intentionally, align systems for health, and secure a Spirit-led future for the church. Bryant Lee, Sr., is the founding and Lead Pastor of Higher Expectations Church in Humble, Texas, and also serves as a Church Consultant with over two decades of ministry experience. He mentors bi-vocational pastors and urban leaders, offering pastoral wisdom and missional focus to equip and empower emerging leaders. A U.S. Army veteran, Bryant's life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to discipline, resilience, and servant leadership. He holds degrees in Bible Studies and Multidisciplinary Studies, as well as a Master of Theology. As co-author of the L.E.A.D.S.S. curriculum, Bryant integrates pastoral experience, military precision, and mentoring insight to help leaders grow in both character and competence, while advancing God's mission through effective and faithful leadership.
