Backed by real stories from CEOs and an analysis of 120+ studies, this book is the ultimate guide to convince even the most traditional, homogeneous board that more diversity in leadership isn’t just right; it’s profitable. Leading with Impact: The Proven Link Between Female Leadership and Profitability reveals how inclusive and diverse leadership directly drives financial results. Drawing on extensive research and interviews with tech CEOs across the USA, the UK, Canada and Europe, it connects hard data with real-world success stories to prove one thing: diverse leadership drives performance. If you want to convince your board to act, speak their language: money. Financial performance follows when diverse perspectives lead. The commercial value of inclusion has too often been missing from the conversation – this book brings it front and centre, with the numbers to back it up. Increasing diversity in leadership isn’t a trend. It’s an opportunity. A business advantage. A competitive edge. Organisations don’t outperform in spite of diversity, but because of it.
