Untamed Wilderness Meets Fearless Spirit: Unforgettable Adventures Deep Within the Venezuelan Jungle

Venture deep into Venezuela's heart, where danger, thrill, and raw beauty intertwine in the memoir of a lifetime. Introducing Jungle Wild, an enthralling collection of real-life stories from Joseph Coe-a missionary kid turned intrepid jungle explorer.

Growing up, Joseph's playground was the vast, unpredictable Venezuelan jungle. Alongside his brother and indigenous friends, he hunted, fished, and lived on the edge, making memories that most can only dream of. But this paradise had its perils. Joseph's tales of being hunted-escaping jaguars, engaging in wild cat showdowns, and navigating life-threatening scenarios-will have your heart racing. Yet, it's not all about the chase.

From uproarious jaguar boat fights to the simple joys of fruit collecting, Joseph's narrative is a symphony of contrasting emotions. He paints a picture not just of survival, but of the profound connections one can forge with nature and its inhabitants.

Each chapter of Jungle Wild serves as a window into a different adventure from Joseph's time in Venezuela. With every page, you'll be transported to a world where every sound, every shadow, every heartbeat counts. A world where one wrong animal call can tip the balance between life and death.

For those seeking adrenaline-packed escapades and invaluable life lessons from the heart of the wilderness, Jungle Wild is your ticket. Dive in and experience a world where every day is an adventure and every adventure a lesson in the essence of humanity

Joseph M. Coe, born on August 1, 1984, embarked on a life of adventure from a young age. Raised amidst the Venezuelan jungles with New Tribes Missions, his family's dedication led him to unique experiences along the Orinoco River. While he attended public school and pursued soccer in the U.S., the call of duty beckoned, leading him to the U.S. Army as an Airborne infantryman. Notably, he was part of the tumultuous period surrounding Bowe Bergdahl in Afghanistan. After concluding his service and earning a Bachelor's from Spring Arbor University, Joseph now thrives in Michigan, managing a butcher shop and aiding in deer recovery with his loyal bloodhound, Tracy.
