"From the multi award-winning picture book maker of A Bit Lost, Oh No, George!, Shh! We Have a Plan and Goodnight Everyone comes a bold new picture book about building up the courage to try something new.

In the rockpool above the sea, live two crabs: Big Crab and Little Crab. Today, they're going for a dip in the sea. “This is going to be so great!” says Little Crab. But then Little Crab catches a first glimpse of the water... Oh. The waves! They're ENORMOUS. ""JEEPERS!"" Will Little Crab be brave enough to go in?"

Reviews for Don't Worry, Little Crab

It’s a gorgeous, wry and heart-warming “you-can-do-anything” picture book. -- Imogen Russell Williams * The Guardian * Haughton uses a distinct and refined colour palette, against which the crabs’ large eyes pop in perpetual surprise. It is a visual treat that also doubles as an accessible parable about anxiety. -- Sara Keating * The Irish Times * Haughton’s distinctive bold artwork offers a fresh, contemporary take on themes of independence and building courage * The Bookseller, Children’s Previews * Magical underwater revelment with a sprinkle of seashore style. * The Booksniffer * A charming tale for young children about being brave. * The Irish Independent, Children’s Books of the Year *
