Christoph Reinprecht (Dr.) ist Professor für Soziologie an der Universität Wien, Assoziierter Wissenschaftler am Centre de la Recherche sur L'Habitat in Paris und Präsident der Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Exilforschung. Seine Forschungsinteressen sind Migration und Stadtforschung, soziale Ungleichheit und politische Soziologie sowie die Geschichte der Soziologie, im Speziellen der Konstitution des sozialen Felds der empirischen Soziologie in Wien.
