Dr. Parineet Kaur is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), New Delhi, India and Course Coordinator of the Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws and International Trade Law, which is conducted by the Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy, a teaching wing of ISIL. She is the Head of Centre of Advanced Studies in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. Prior to this, she had experience working for an IP Law firm. She is a graduate in Economics from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi, and has completed her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and also LL.M. She has a Ph.D. in the area of Copyright and Competition Law in Entertainment Industry from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Lucknow, India. She is UGC NET qualified. She also represented India at the prestigious ""BRICS Forum of International Rule of Law"" in Beijing and has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has many publications to her credit. Her areas of specialization include Intellectual Property Law, Entertainment Law, Competition Law, International Law, and Human Rights Law. Dr. Kanika Sharma, Assistant Professor, Head- Centre for Advanced Studies in International Humanitarian Law and Military Law at the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi, did her Ph D in International Refugee Law and LL.M. from the University of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. She has delivered lectures in the field of humanitarian and refugee law at national and international universities. She has published various papers in Journals of repute and also presented papers in National and International Conferences. She is a course coordinator of PG Diploma Course in International Law and Diplomacy and PG Diploma Course in Human Rights, International Humanitarian and Refugee Law conducted by the Indian Academy of International Law and Diplomacy, the teaching wing of the Indian Society of International Law.
