Junji Nakagawa is a Professor of International Economic Law at the University of Tokyo's Institute of Social Science (ISS). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Law and Politics in 1988 and joined the faculty of the ISS as an Associate Professor in 1995. He has been a Professor at the ISS since 2000. He has also taught at the University of Denver, University of Georgia, City University of Hong Kong, Tufts University and Shantou University. Among his publications are Managing Development: Globalization, Economic Restructuring and Social Policy (Routledge, 2006),Anti-Dumping Laws and Practices of the New Users(Cameron May, 2007), and Multilateralism and Regionalism in Global Economic Governance: Finance, Trade and Investment (Routledge, 2011).
