The health technology has become a hot topic in academic research. It employs the theory of social networks into the different levels of the prediction and analysis and has brought new possibilities for the development of technology. H. L. Gururaj is currently working as Associate Professor, Department of Information Technology, Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, India. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, India. He is a professional member of ACM and works as ACM Distinguished Speaker. He is the founder of Wireless Internetworking Group (WiNG). He is a senior member of IEEE and lifetime member of ISTE and CSI. He has received a young scientist award from the Government of India. He has eight years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. His research interests include block chain technology, cyber security, wireless sensor network, ad- hoc networks, IOT, data mining, cloud computing and machine learning. He has guided 30 undergraduate students and 10 postgraduate students. He is an Editorial Board member of the International Journal of Block Chains and Cryptocurrencies (IJBC) and editor of EAI publishers. He has published more than 75 research papers including two ESCI publications in various international journals such in Science Citation Index, IEEE Access, Springer Book Chapter, Scopus, and UGC refereed journals. He has presented 20 papers at various international conferences. He has authored one book on network simulators. He worked as a reviewer for various journals and conferences. A. D. Radhika has completed her M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She was working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering Mysore, Karnataka. She is pursuing her PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She has published nine research papers in various reputed international journals and conferences. Her areas of interest include artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and image processing. C. D. Divya has completed M. Tech her in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore, Karnataka. She is pursuing her PhD from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She has published 15 research papers in various reputed international journals and conferences. Her areas of interest include artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and image processing. She worked as reviewer for various journals and conferences. V. Ravi Kumar is currently working as Dean in the Faculty of Computer Sciences, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru, India. He received his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, India. He is a professional member of ACM and lifetime member of ISTE, IETE, and CSI. He has 16 years of teaching experience at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. His research interests include block chain technology, data mining and machine learning. He has guided 50 undergraduate students and 18 postgraduate students. He is an Editorial Board member of the International Journal of Block Chains and Cryptocurrencies (IJBC). He has published more than 52 research papers including two ESCI publications in various international journals such in Science Citation Index, IEEE Access, Springer Book Chapter, Scopus, and UGC refereed journals. He has presented 20 papers at various international conferences. He worked as reviewer for various journals and conferences. Yu- Chen Hu received his PhD in computer science and information engineering from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan in 1999. Currently, Dr. Hu is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Management, Providence University, Sha- Lu, Taiwan. His research interests include image and signal processing, data compression, information hiding, information security, computer network, and machine learning.
