Frank Lin, Ph.D., is a professor of Information and Decision Sciences, entrepreneur, consultant and business expert. He is also a Co-Director of the Center for Global Management at the Jack H Brown College of Business and Public Administration. He has an extensive industrial experience, has done extensive research and consulting with more than 30 years in strategy, information technology, enterprise architecture, organizational modeling, technology diffusion, cyber security, ERP, decision making and analytics, management systems, Chinese State-Own-Enterprise (SOEs), business, and education. He is a global guest speaker, international expert, member of the International Think Tank for Chinese Economic Development of Hebei Academy of Social Sciences, Past President and Supervisory Board Member of Inland Chinese Association. Nishtha Kesswani received the M.Tech. degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Rajasthan. From 2014 to 2015, she was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with California State University at San Bernardino, USA. She has a vivid teaching experience at several reputed universities, including California State University at San Bernardino and the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has visited more than 15 countries and delivered invited talks at several conferences and workshops. She is currently with the Central University of Rajasthan, India. Her current research interests include wireless networks and Internet of Things. She has received prestigious awards, including the UGC Raman Postdoctoral Fellowship tenable in USA and the Young Teacher Award. Ashok Patel is a faculty at computer and information science, at UMass Dartmouth USA. Before joining UMass, he taught at the Department of Computer Science of Florida Polytechnic University, USA. He primarily teaches cybersecurity courses and is researching an improved efficient fingerprint recognition algorithm and web usage mining. He’s particularly interested in personalizing the web experience for users and individuals using IoT. He has nearly 30 years of teaching experience. Before immigrating to the United States, he was a professor in the Department of Computer Science at North Gujarat University in India. Dr. Sushanta Bordoloi received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Engineering, Tezpur University in 2014, and the M.Tech. degree in VLSI and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, in 2016 and 2022, respectively. His research interest includes modeling and simulation of III-V semiconductor devices, prototype development etc. He has published research articles in reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions on Device and Materials Reliability, IEEE Access, etc, along with two edited books. He has been a reviewer of Silicon, e-Prime - Advances in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Energy, Scientific Reports, IET Circuits, Devices & Systems, and IEEE Access, to name a few. He is an Editorial Board member of the Scientific Reports. He has founded startup named ‘PreciAgri’ in 2024. He handles three externally sponsored research project from Ministry of Electronic and IT (MeiTY), IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF), and Assam Agricultural University to a tune of 1.6 Crore. He joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Mizoram, in 2014 as an Assistant Professor (Grade – II) and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Grade – I). He served as Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Mizoram, from 1st August 2022 to 31st July 2024. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, US (IEEE) and Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE), and a member of professional bodies such as The Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI), Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK (IET), Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Japan (IEICE), and life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). Chaitali Koley is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department Of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Mizoram. Dr. Chaitali Koley has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals.
