Julie Vardhan, PhD, DBA, is Assistant Professor, Amity UniversityvJharkhand, India. She is an academician with around 20 years of experience in universities in the United Arab Emirates and India. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from SMC University, Switzerland, she was earlier associated with a national media house, an international bank, and a Fortune 500 company, and she has integrated this experience into the academic world. Her research papers have been published in several acclaimed international journals. Her areas of research interest are higher education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable marketing. Madhuri Mahato, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Assistant Director at Amity Business School, Amity University Jharkhand, India. She is an engineering graduate and holds a dual master’s degree in the area of Human Resource Management. She is also an internationally certified trainer. She possesses close to two decades of experience in management teaching, faculty training, research and publications, institutional development, and academic administration. She has extensive research contributions to her credit with various research papers in high-impact journals indexed by Scopus/ABDC. She has also published books, case studies, book reviews, and conference papers. She has an h-index of 10 and counting. She has also organized various national- and international-level conferences, faculty development programs, workshops, and management development programs. In her two decades of experience, she has led teams responsible for various accreditations, has been a member of the board of studies, academic council, and research advisory committee and is a PhD co-supervisor at various reputed national and international universities. Her major areas of interest include emotional labor, gender studies, higher education, university incubation, and organizational psychology studies.
