Linda Johanson received her Ed.D. in curriculum and supervision at Northern Illinois University in December 1987 and has been teaching nursing since 1980. She currently serves as core faculty with the MSN Graduate Nursing Program at Walden University. Professionally, Dr. Johanson has worked as a registered nurse and researcher in community-based and global health settings in a variety of countries. Patti Urso has served as full time graduate faculty and the academic coordinator for the Nurse Educator Track in the MSN Program at Walden University since 2009. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and has been engaged in advanced practice for more than 20 years. She holds a Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
