Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Ali is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Fellow of Institute of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE) UK, a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA) UK and Editor in Chief of Emerging Technologies and Materials in Thermal Engineering (Elsevier). He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Materials Science (SEMS), Queen Mary, University of London, United Kingdom. He was a postdoc at Water and Energy Laboratory of University of California at Merced, United States. Recently, he has been serving as the Associate Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering, and as Director of Renewable Energy Laboratory at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Haseeb Yaqoob earned a doctoral degree from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. He is currently working as a research fellow in the Mechanical and Construction Engineering Department at Northumbria University, United Kingdom. Prior to his work at Northumbria University, he worked as a post-doctoral Research Fellow at KFUPM and has an interest in alternative fuel, renewable energy, and thermal sciences. Over the span of five years, he supervised numerous undergraduate and graduate students and his work produced more than 40 papers featured in various reputed international journals, with over 1000 citations.
