Hoc primum volumen in ""Normas Generales"" incumbit, quae sunt regulae basilares totius disciplinae ecclesiasticae. Textus noster explicationem scientificam et practicam praebet de legum natura, de earum interpretatione, ac de modo quo potestas ecclesiastica exercetur.

In hoc opere, lector inveniet profundas investigationes de personis, de actibus iuridicis, et de variis modis quibus ius in communitate christiana applicatur. ""In Codicem Iuris Canonici"" non solum est collectio regularum, sed syntaxis iuridica quae vitam cotidianam et structuram hierarchicam Ecclesiae ordinat. Est volumen magni pretii pro iurisperitis, historicis, et investigatoribus qui progressionem iuris divini et humani in contextu ecclesiali cognoscere cupiunt.

Argumenta sicut consuetudo, temporis computatio, et privilegia hic accuratissime tractantur. Per hanc lucidam expositionem, fundamenta iurisprudentiae canonicae clare manifestantur, praebens viam ad altiorem cognitionem totius systematis legalis catholici.
