Arnaldo Santos Professor at the Department of Sciences and Technologies of Portugal Open University. Invited Professor at the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro. He is a vice director of the doctorate program in web sciences and technology. He is a senior researcher at DIGIMEDIA (Digital Media Communication), and at INESC TEC (Human ISE Center). He completed his PhD studies at the University of Aveiro, where he obtained degrees in Communication Sciences and Technology. He has contributed as author or coauthor to four books and more than 100 papers published in international conferences and journals, as well as in several research projects. He is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Learning Organizations, and Learning Systems. His current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Learning Organizations, and Knowledge Management. He has more than 30 years of experience in academia and as a consultant, having worked in management in the corporate sector. José Henrique Pereira São Mamede . Associate Professor with Habilitation in Department of Sciences and Technology of Universidade Aberta (Portuguese Open University). Associate Invited Professor at NOVA IMS - Information Management School in Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Senior Researcher at INESC TEC (HumanISE / ISAC - Information Systems and Applied Computing). Completed the Habilitation in Web Science and Technology in 2021/11/09 in Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (Vila Real, Portugal). Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technology in 2009/06/26 in Universidade do Minho (Braga, Portugal). M.Sc. in Informatics in 1999/11/05 in Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (Lisboa, Portugal). B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering in 1992/05/11 in Cooperativa de Técnicas Avançadas de Gestão e Informática CRL (COCITE) (Lisboa, Portugal). He is also a collaborator with the Center for Global Studies (CEG) at the Portuguese Open University. He works in the areas of Engineering and Technology with an emphasis on Computer Science and Information Systems.
