K A Farrell is an Australia based children's author, who grew up on the coast of Jervis Bay, but is now residing in Melbourne where she is a full-time mother to her daughter, and stepmother of two. K A Farrell is a former police officer who worked closely with children who needed to find their path in life. K A Farrell hopes to entertain her readers by empowering them with self-love and enough awareness to build resilience and respect from a young age. Her writing, although fun and positive, has a deeper undertone that she hopes will impact all age groups. Tess has been drawing characters since she could hold a pencil and was told she should make children's books and have been most days since then so we guess you can say its part of her purpose and definitely her enjoyment and passion for children books. Her love of connecting with people through art and the way that her joyful energy is able to shine through her characters and make others smile are what she loves. The knowing an author trusts her to bring their precious story to life is such a sense of pride for Tess.
