Author Bio - Rev. Dr. Mancil Carroll III Rev. Dr. Mancil Carroll III is a pastor, author, and transformational leader whose life embodies the message of grace and redemption. Once a young preacher who stumbled into addiction, crime, and incarceration, he encountered God's unshakable calling in the most unlikely of places-a county jail. That encounter set him on a path from brokenness to restoration, proving that God's gifts and calling are truly ""without repentance"" (Romans 11:29). Today, Dr. Carroll serves as a preacher of the gospel and a community leader, drawing from his own scars to inspire hope in others. His ministry is marked by authenticity, compassion, and a passion for reaching people who feel disqualified by their past. In addition to his pastoral work, Dr. Carroll is a committed scholar and professional. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership, and is currently completing a Master's in Accounting with the goal of earning his CPA license. Through his writing, preaching, and community service, Dr. Carroll demonstrates that you don't have to be flawless to be faithful-and you don't have to be perfect to be holy. He lives with his wife of more than 25 years, and together they embody the grace, partnership, and perseverance that fuel his message of hope.
