Dr. Rasmi Ranjan Puhan is a distinguished academician and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Education at Government Teachers' Training College, Phulbani. With nearly 16 years of teaching experience across government and non-government institutions, he has made significant contributions to teacher education, research, and academic outreach.He has authored over 60 research papers in reputed national and international journals and presented more than 55 research papers at various academic forums. His excellence in education has been recognized through several awards, including ""Excellent in Teaching in Teacher Education"" by the Odisha Sociological Society and ""Excellent Teacher of the Year"" by Pathasala Mission.Dr. Puhan has actively contributed as a resource person in national-level programs and participated in over 18 educational sessions on Gyan Vani (105.6 MHz, Delhi). He also serves as an Associate Editor for a reputed SRJIS journal and is a Life Member of the Indian Science Congress, reflecting his dedication to interdisciplinary scholarship and quality education. Dr. Lakshmipriya Malla is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Education with a stellar academic track record and over thirteen years of teaching experience across reputed institutions in Odisha. She was the University Topper in Education Honours during her graduation from Utkal University, secured the top position in M.A. in Education from Ravenshaw University, and also emerged as the topper in B.Ed. and M.A. in English. Dr. Malla holds an M.Phil in Education, has qualified UGC-NET in Education, and earned her Ph.D. in Education, further cementing her academic credentials.Dr. Malla began her teaching career in various colleges across Odisha. She was selected by the State Selection Board in 2016 and served as a Lecturer in Education at Marshaghai College, Kendrapara . Later, she was selected by OPSC as an Assistant Professor in English (Teacher Education) and served at Anandapur Anchalik Training College, Fakirpur . Subsequently, she was again selected by OPSC and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Education at Government Autonomous College, Phulbani. An active researcher, Dr. Malla has published more than 46 research papers in reputed national and international journals. She serves as an Associate Editor of the UGC-approved SRJIS journal and is a Life Member of the Indian Science Congress. Her scholarly interests focus on teacher education, tribal education, and holistic approaches to learning.
