John Laband is Professor Emeritus of History at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada, a Life Member of Clare Hall, Cambridge University, England, and a Research Associate at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. His books include The Fall of Rorke's Drift: An Alternative History of the Anglo-Zulu War, Kingdom in Crisis, The Land Wars and The Zulu Kingdom and the Boer Invasion. Ian Knight is one of the foremost experts in Zulu military history and the British campaigns of the nineteenth century. His other books include Brave Mens Blood, Nothing Remains but to Fight, The Anatomy of the Zulu Army and Go To Your God Life A Soldier.
