Guy André Boy, Ph.D., is an Emeritus Professor. He was the FlexTech Chair University Professor at CentraleSupélec (Paris Saclay University) and ESTIA, France. He is a Fellow of INCOSE, the Air & Space Academy, and the International Academy of Astronautics. He was a University Professor and Dean at Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), USA, and IPA Chief Scientist at NASA Kennedy Space Center. He was President and Chief Scientist at the European Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Engineering, a research center of Airbus and Thales. He taught Human-Centered Design and HSI in several graduate schools, including ISAE-SUPAERO, École Polytechnique, FIT, ESTIA, and CentraleSupélec. He was a group lead at ONERA (the French Aerospace Institute) and NASA Ames Research Center. He is the author of more than 250 refereed articles and 15 books. He was Chair of the INCOSE HSI working group (2015-2024), ACM SIGCHI Co-Chair (1995-1999), and IEA Aerospace technical committee (2008-2024).
