Michael H. Dahan is American board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology as well as in Infertility, and serves as professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at McGill University, Canada. With over 140 peer reviewed articles published, he is recognized as one of the leaders in the field of fertility. He has pioneered many of the current novel treatments in In Vitro Fertilization and is a member of the Poseidon group as expert in poor ovarian response. Dr Dahan is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Obstetrics & Gynecology (CEOG) and former professor at Stanford University in California and Washington University in St Louis. Human M. Fatemi has been a professor at the Brussels University and is the director of middle east operations for IVI, a company exclusively devoted to human Assisted Reproduction Technology. He has authored over 80 scientific papers in infertility and has been an invited speaker at 150 conferences worldwide. He completed medical school as Magna Cum Laude in 1999 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, in Belgium. In 2008, he completed his Ph.D. on the endocrinology of the luteal phase in stimulated and substituted cycles. Also in 2008, he was recognized as a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery by ESHRE (European society of Human Reproduction) and EBCOG (European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynecology). Nikolaos Polyzos is the Clinical and Scientific Director of the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Dexeus University Hospital in Barcelona, Spain, and a Professor of Reproductive Endocrinology in the Department of Clinical Medicine in the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He has served as a Medical Director in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine in Brussels until 2017 and as a Professor in Brussels until 2019. Professor Polyzos is the principal investigator in several large pioneering multinational trials and a key opinion leader in the field of Reproductive Medicine for the treatment of poor ovarian responders in IVF programs, prediction of ovarian response and premature ovarian ageing, with more than 150 invited lectures in international congresses. He is a Section Editor in reproductive Biomedecine Online, member of the ESHRE guideline development group for ovarian stimulation and has served as an Editorial Consultant for the PIER (Physician’s Information and Education Resource) of the American College of Physicians (ACP). Juan García-Velasco is Director of IVI Madrid. He is also Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, Spain, where he is Director of their Master’s Degree Programme in Human Reproduction. He graduated from University Medical School, Madrid, in 1990 and received his Obstetrics and Gynecology certification from La Paz Hospital, Madrid, in 1995. He completed his PhD in Medicine from Autonoma University, Madrid, in 1995 and from 1997 to 1998 he studied at Yale University, New Haven, CT, under a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship. His main research interests have been in IVF and endometriosis. He is the Principal Investigator of projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, Spain, and has received awards from the Spanish Fertility Society, Spanish Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles as well as 22 book chapters on human reproduction, endometriosis and hypo- and hyper-ovarian stimulation response and is the author/editor of several books.
