Stacy Hadeka is a Counsel in the Government Contracts practice group at Hogan Lovells US LLP's Washington, DC office.  With a background in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (ADG) industry, Stacy Hadeka has a deep understanding of the government contracts issues impacting sector clients. Stacy's practice encompasses all areas of government contracting, with a focus on matters of compliance, investigations, disclosure obligations, transactional due diligence, and bid protest litigation. She assists clients in manning complex government regulatory requirements in the areas of schedule contracting, cybersecurity, the supply chain, and domestic preferences. She also counsels clients on contract formation and administration. Howard Wolf-Rodda is a founding partner of Abrahams Wolf-Rodda, LLC, a government contracts law firm in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The practice includes traditional government contracts work and a government contracts-focused wage & hour practice (spanning the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Service Contract Act, and the Davis-Bacon Act). The firm’s clients range from small businesses to some of the nation’s largest federal contractors involved in diverse industries including defense, aerospace, IT, healthcare, energy, engineering, and construction. Mr. Wolf-Rodda presently serves as a Co-Chair of the Subcontracting, Teaming and Strategic Alliances Committee of the ABA Section of Public Contract Law and is a contributor to the second edition of the Committee’s Guide to Service Subcontract Terms and Conditions.
