Benjamin Stevenson is an award-winning and acclaimed stand-up comedian and author. As half of musical comedy duo, The Stevenson Experience, he has thrice been nominated for the Best Comedy Award at Perth FringeWorld, and invited to perform at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival at the Sydney Opera House. He has sold out shows from the Melbourne International Comedy Festival all the way to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and collected a swath of five-star reviews. He has appeared on ABCTV, Channel 10, and The Comedy Channel, and performed alongside Wil Anderson, Amy Schumer, The Doug Anthony All Stars, and many more. Off-stage, Benjamin has worked for publishing houses and literary agencies in Australia and the USA in both editorial and as a freelance editor, including HarperCollins, Pantera Press and The Bent Agency. He currently works with some of Australia's best-loved authors at Curtis Brown Australia. Greenlight is his first novel.
