I was told by a very successful office holder that I ran a ""perfect campaign"". I want to share with you, in my experience and my knowledge, what I have learned upon the way. I know there are any number of people in the United States that are considering this level of participation and I want to help. This is a guide to helping you know what you are getting yourself into.
