Mohit Yadav is an Associate Professor in the area of Human Resource Management at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS). He has a rich blend of work experience from both Academics as well as Industry. Prof. Mohit holds a Ph.D. from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) and has completed Master of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from prestigious Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. He also holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from University of Delhi and UGC-JRF scholarship. He has published various research papers and book chapters with reputed publishers like Springer, Sage, Emerald, Elsevier, Inderscience etc. and presented research papers in national and International conferences both in India and abroad. He has many best paper awards on his credit too. He is reviewer of various international journals like Computers in Human Behavior, Policing etc. His areas of interest are Organizational Behavior, HRM, Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of work life and role. Ashutosh Pandey earned his doctorate in marketing from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior. He holds a UGC-NET Management qualification and has worked in industry and academics for over ten years. He has taught postgraduate and executive students about business research methods, advanced marketing research, services marketing, marketing management, consumer behavior, and structural equation modeling. His research has appeared in many prestigious journals, including Environment, Development, and Sustainability, Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism, and International Journal of Tourism Cities. He has worked as a visiting professor at IMT Ghaziabad, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) in New Delhi, and the Indian Institute of Travel and Tourism Management in Gwalior. Dr. Pandey has been a resource person for several qualitative and quantitative research workshops hosted at respected organisations such as NIT Allahabad, NIFTEM Sonipat and an invited speaker at the AICTE-sponsored Faculty Development Program. Geshwaree Huzooree serves as the Programme Leader for BA Business Management and lecturer specialising in Strategy and Project Management within the MBA Programme at Edinburgh Napier University. Before joining the faculty at Edinburgh Napier, she held the position of Senior Lecturer at Curtin Mauritius for a commendable eight years. Driven by her passion for the field, she brings seven years of valuable experience in the IT industry, focusing on software application development and project management. Her academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2020), an MSc in Software Engineering Projects and Management (2014), and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (2007), all earned from the esteemed University of Mauritius. Dr. Geshwaree's professional reach extends globally, fostering close collaborations with various universities and institutions. Her research pursuits encompass diverse areas such as project management, remote working, the future workforce, health informatics, and digital technologies. She is dedicated to conducting innovative research that addresses national challenges, contributing to a better future.
