It reveals for the first time the basic trends of German business enterprise towards central control. This survey makes three important factors clear. Gustav Stolper was a noted German economist who founded Der Deutsche Bolkswirk. In 1933 he was a member of the Reichstag. free to leave Germany, he went to the USA and became an American citizen. He died in 1947.
