Packed with 1,000 quiz questions, this new title in the hugely successful Clever Kids series will keep even the smartest of smarty-pants on their toes.

This isn't your average question-and-answer book. From quick-fire true or false to head-scratching picture rounds, there's an endless variety of quiz types for kids to enjoy. Quizzers can dip in and out of different chapters if they choose, and can also tackle the majority of quizzes on their own. At the end of each chapter, there is a section dedicated to group play, where kids can team up and play against friends and family. This book aims to teach knowledge as well as test it - with extended answers provided for trickier questions, kids have the opportunity to bolster their knowledge in different subject areas. Question categories include: Animals & Nature, Science & Technology, Space, History, Dinosaurs, Travel & Geography, The Arts and The Human Body.

Joe Fullman has been a writer and editor of non-fiction books, for both children and adults, for over 20 years. In that time he's written on everything from dinosaurs, ancient history and space to animals, inventions and music. He lives in London where he tries to take part in as many quizzes as he can. Chris Dickason's irreverent sense of humour was born from years as both a mild mannered doodler and angry burger flipper. Taking inspiration as much from Henri Matisse as he does The Muppets, as well as odd bits of packaging collected from foreign supermarkets, Chris' work has been described as charming and visually striking with a sharp graphic style. His illustrations are populated with rambunctious characters that are a cleverly crafted mix of an uncomplicated line style and wonky perspectives.
