Every year, martial artists from across the Mid-Atlantic (and beyond!) gather for something rare and wonderful-a full day of training, laughter, and connection. At Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic, rank and style fade into the background, and what shines is the spirit of community.

At the heart of it all are the presenters. These are the leaders, teachers, and friends who step forward to share their passion. They bring their arts, their stories, and their energy-not for fame or competition, but simply to give. They are the heartbeat of this event, and this book is a tribute to them.

Inside these pages, you'll find memories, reflections, and snapshots that capture the spirit of the day-moments that remind us why martial arts is so much more than techniques and belts. It's about courage in stepping onto the mat. It's about curiosity in trying something new. It's about kindness in every handshake, smile, and word of encouragement.

This yearbook was created for the people who make Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic what it is:

For the attendees who carry these lessons home and pass them on. For the presenters who give of themselves so generously. And for the families, friends, and schools who support and celebrate the journey.

More than a keepsake, this is a piece of our shared history-a reminder that we are building something bigger than ourselves. A tradition. A family. A legacy of martial arts that values connection over competition and people over ego.

Because Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic isn't just an event.

It's a community.

And it's one worth celebrating.
