Professor Pei Zhou is a distinguished professor, doctoral supervisor, second-level professor, executive director of the China Agricultural Society, president of the Urban Agriculture and Leisure Agriculture Society, expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council, Shanghai Science and Technology Elite, and leading talent in Shanghai. He has served as the secretary and dean of the Party Committee of the School of Agriculture and Biology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, executive vice president of the National New Rural Development Research Institute, and currently serves as the deputy commander in Chief of the Campus Construction Command of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.   Zhengwei Cao, Shanghai Pujiang Talent, obtained his master's and Ph.D. degree in agricultural economics from Kyushu University in Japan. He received a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the Renmin University of China and was a postdoctoral fellow at Antai School of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is one of the main authors of the ""Report on the Development of Modern Agriculture in Urban China."" He published over 20 papers in domestic and foreign agricultural economic journals and led multiple provincial or ministerial-level projects. Qiang Li graduated from Southwest University with a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Management and later worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Agriculture and Biology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he remained as a teacher. Dr. Li Qiang is mainly engaged in urban agriculture, agricultural industry economy, and agricultural policy research. Hao Xu is a master of Urban Planning and Design, Tongji University. Planning, research, and teaching in the field of agricultural and rural development. Yan Gao received M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Land Economy from Cambridge University, UK. She has been working in the School of Agriculture and Biology since 2012. Her research focuses on rural development, urban agriculture, and rural reforms in China.
