Isabel Fletcher is an interdisciplinary social scientist based at the University of Edinburgh’s Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Systems and the Science, Technology and Innovation Studies subject group. Catherine Lyall is Professor of Science and Public Policy in the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh.
