Joshua first starting coaching at his local sailing club as a 15-year-old. In the ensuing decades, Joshua has coached athletes to world championship victories as well as having had the privilege of giving thousands of beginners their first experience within the sport.His experience ranges from working with private clients through to being the head coach of multiple clubs through to Head Coach of NSW state performance and youth squads.This broad experience has delivered Joshua along a path towards focussing on participation and retention.
