Paul has that rare ability to be able to create beautiful, quality dishes, with outstanding chef technique but make them completely accessible, homely and throw our repeatedly dish after dish that you want to cook again and again. A must have cook for every home cook’ – Tom Kerridge ‘It is no surprise to me that Paul’s first book is packed with so many super dishes for people to cook at home, when you consider the person who has created them. Paul has been working extremely hard over the years to create his own unique style in his restaurants and pub in Cornwall, and that is showcased on every page of this wonderful collection of personally inspired recipes. Paul and his team should be extremely proud of what they have created and I am sure his book will become a firm favourite within people’s cookery book collections’ – Nathan Outlaw ‘Dive into this beautiful collection of evocative recipes & stories full of love and coastal inspiration.
