AUTHOR: Kai Roberts is the son of veteran fortean and folklorist Andy Roberts, growing up deeply immersed in the folklore and legends of Yorkshire. It led to a lifelong interest in such subjects and what they tells us about the nature of belief and man's relationship with the landscape. He maintains the website 'Ghosts & Legends of the Lower Calder Valley'. He holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy of Mind from the University of Edinburgh.
