Wholesome and delicious go naturally together – like family, really – in this joyful book. Claudine and I have been working together for two decades now, during which I've seen her grow, develop and become a master of ingredients and craft. This book is a perfect reflection of her experience, talent and domestic flair. -- Yotam Ottolenghi, chef and author of <i>Comfort<i>
