This text provides students with an accessible entry point into the complex themes of existential theory, exploring significant questions of existence, freedom, meaning, and the human condition. Through an extensive collection of real-world case studies, the book also demonstrates the power of existential therapy and how it can be used in clinical settings. Structured in two distinct parts, the book first outlines essential existential concepts and then invites readers to study real-world case studies to better understand client challenges and the ways in which existential therapy can help them work through and overcome some of life's greatest trials.
