Kristen Carlson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership and Learning at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her research interests include relevancy-based learning, online learning, authentic assessment, and teacher effectiveness. She has ten years of experience advising masters thesis and doctoral dissertations while teaching in graduate programs for curriculum & instruction, instructional design, and educational leadership.
