Diana Allison, PhD, ASID, NCIDQ, is a San Antonio, Texas-based interior designer operating her own company, Allison & Associates Interiors, and has spent over 20 years teaching in the interior design departments at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS, Texas State University in San Marcos, TX, the University of New Haven, CT, and most recently University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where she is the program director for the CIDA accredited interior design program. She received her doctorate from the University of Missouri, Columbia - Architectural Studies Department. Allison has over 25 years experience as an interior designer.
