Review from previous edition Clear, student-friendly, close to the course; an excellent introduction to a wide range of reading materials. * Dr Dominic de Cogan, Christ's College, Cambridge * A superb book - a coherent, yet erudite, exposition of the law with an excellent selection of cases and materials. * Hazel McLean, University of Exeter * I think this is an excellent part of the suite of textbooks for trusts law. It has a good combination of texts, cases and materials, and I think this is one of the more accessible textbooks on the subject. * Dr Craig Prescott, University of Winchester *
