Alastair Hudson is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Reading. He has been Professor of Law at Queen Mary University of London; University of Southampton; University of Exeter; and University of Strathclyde where he was also Head of School. He is a National Teaching Fellow, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and has been voted UK Law Teacher of the Year.
