Claudia Larrain, Ph.D is both a published author in the areas of Psychological Research and most recently short stories. She was a former ballet dancer and although she enjoyed writing for researchers, she finds creative writing to be a powerful creative outlet for her. She shares her story as well as stories from top artists including Clyde Butcher, Steven Kenny, Duncan McClellan, Helen French and Neverne Covington. She also discovers in her second edition that she is related to a well-known photographer from the 60s, Sergio Larrain. She discovers similarities in their use of meditation and black and white, fine art photography. She helps encourage her readers to learn from these stories and gain a path to wellness through creative art forms.
